My classes are joyful, encouraging explorations that fuse traditional “classical” Pilates with my studies of contemporary Pilates, biomechanics, dance, and fitness. I truly value the lived experience of every body in the room. My job as a Movement Matchmaker is to help you find the best and most satisfying expression of each movement for your own unique self. Pilates is a SYSTEM of brilliant interconnected exercises and apparatus. So most of my classes include “and More” in the title, so we keep adding new skills to our body/mind toolboxes.

I also believe it’s important to continue evolving, so we strive each week to build on our previous work, advancing at an appropriately & safely challenging pace.

My classes are offered on a weekly basis at the MVP Group Studio. I ask that clients commit to attending regularly. That way, we build community, momentum, consistency—and advance our practices together!

DO YOU HAVE A CLASS PACKAGE? Use the same booking process, and Vagaro will use your class credits for signups. AUTO-PAY PACKAGES: Vagaro will charge you for a new package if you sign up for more classes than are left on your package.


PACKAGE AND SINGLE GROUP CLASS RATES

  • $42 per class “a la carte” (Price is going up to $45 per class on May 1)

  • $165 for 4 classes (Price is going up to $180 on May 1)

  • 4 Classes: $152; card on file is charged after you finish 4 classes (Price is going up to $160 on May 1)

  • 8 Classes: $304; card on file is charged after you finish 8 classes (Price is going up to $320 on May 1)

  • Important: Auto-Renew Packages can be cancelled or paused, but there are no refunds given for unused class credits. Package holders must keep track of their classes to avoid unintended charges.

MORE ON GROUP CLASSES…
Groups are limited to 6 students per class (10 in a mat class)…so it feels more like a semi-private than a standard “Group Class.” You’ll get lots of individual attention and corrections that will make an important difference in your practice.

Small Group Classes work best for healthy, non-injured bodies. If you are a new client and would like to join group classes, I require taking at least 1 one-on-one or more Private Session(s) with me or another available teacher to get the feel for the equipment, ensure your safety, and troubleshoot any potential challenges. Or, periodically I offer an Introduction to Group Pilates workshop as an alternative (scroll down for details). This is vital for safety, and to ensure a quality class experience for you, as well as all students.

I'm excited to say I've made some adjustments in my schedule to accommodate the demand I've been having for group classes. Check the details below:

“PILATES LAB” SUNDAYS

I've added a few hours of availability on upcoming Sundays. This could be a great option if you've been trying to fit in a second workout during your week, or just want to do an occasional private session to support your work in group class! I add pop-up mixed equipment workouts whenever possible! Sundays are a fun opportunity to try new things in an intimate environment.

IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES:

  • If you are a new client and would like to join group classes, I require at least one private session, or that you attend an Introduction to Group Pilates workshop (email for dates; signups are private.) This is vital for safety, and to ensure a quality class experience for you, as well as all students.

  • All classes need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure preparation time.

  • All clients must fill out an Intake/Waiver form at least 2 hours BEFORE arrival to class. This is for your own safety and so I can prepare for you. If you haven’t filled out your form prior to arrival, you will not be admitted into class.
