Hosted Group Classes

 

MVP hosts over 20 classes per week at our 2 beautiful Montclair Village studios. We feature several diverse styles, levels, apparatus, and teachers.

We are proud of all of the talented teachers who choose MVP as their teaching home! Each teacher has their own unique style, training background, and personality.

But we all share these same core values: balance, inclusivity, body positivity, honesty, and integrity. We choose to uplift each other and our clients.

Each teacher is their own Independent Business, and is in charge of all signups, communication, and payment. This schedule is provided as a courtesy and subject to change; please check with individual teachers to ensure accuracy.

MVP’s Session Policies

The following policies apply to all sessions/classes with Krista, as well as with teachers renting our space.

  • ALL CLIENTS AND TEACHERS: Masks are OPTIONAL as of April 23, 2023. We reserve the right to ask clients to mask up if there is risk, for immunocompromised people in the studio, or if COVID numbers go up.

  • Please respect others’ choice to mask if they so choose.

  • We MAY require clients to provide proof of vaccination against COVID 19, unless there is a health-related reason for abstaining from vaccination.

  • Sessions last 50 minutes and 5 minutes will be used after the session for the client and teacher to clean the equipment they have used.

  • Props or handles used are cleaned before reuse.

  • Air filters are continuously running to filter the studio air.

  • MVP teachers thoroughly wash and sanitize their hands between sessions.

  • Windows can be opened to increase air flow.

Clients:

  • Please wait outside in our designated outdoor waiting area until your session time. Your teacher will let you in at your appointment time. (Wear warm clothes; it can get chilly outside.)

  • We are not able to allow clients to wait inside for their session to begin. Thank you for understanding!

  • Please use the hand sanitizer provided upon entry (or bring your own).

  • Grip socks can be worn but are not mandatory. We have a great selection here for purchase!
